Sugar Scrub can be used on your body and face in moderation. Sugar granules are a lot smaller than salt granules and dissolve this silt can be used on sensitive skin sugar. 
Salt Scrub has larger particles and dissolves slower thus best used on rough dry areas on your elbows, knees, and heels and can help remove these these tough areas. Salt scrubs should never be used on your face or any other delicate areas. Salt scrubs can help reduce inflammation.
